Starting with why?
The SAFE Method platform is a platform that performs online assessments via anamnesis, so that users can have a functional balance between mind and body.
The problem faced was that the platform had been made without the help of a designer. Therefore, someone was needed to redesign the platform and bring a better experience and interface to the user and, consequently, a better product.

Survey with Users.
To better understand the pain we had in relation to the platform, we lined up a conversation with stakeholders and some users to understand when we had more problems in the user flow and what were the expectations and opportunities we would have when carrying out the platform redesign.
Definitions
With the interviews, we were able to gather data and understand what would be our direction from there, and with that we defined the following points for the first moment:
- More technological view of the platform.
-The main problem was in the way the questions in the anamnesis were distributed, because either they caused great confusion to the users or they didn't even reach the end of it.
Medium fidelity prototype:
With the medium fidelity prototype, we have already been able to present some possibilities to stakeholders and how we imagine dividing the steps and user flow. The objective would be to facilitate their filling in to receive a complete analysis of how their mind and body were at that moment.
After the presentation, improvement points were listed and so we went to the high-fidelity prototype.

With the information we obtained through the meeting with the Stakeholders, we felt safe to fix the problems we had and start an interface that is closer to the final design.
Thus, we completed the challenge of delivery to users and Stakeholders and managed to simplify the flow for the user, bringing a more technological view, which was a prerequisite for the project.
We were unable to apply usability tests and measure the subsequent results, as only Redesign was planned.
But the result of the proposed work was satisfactory for all involved.
